3. Personal Data We Collect & Lawful Basis

Under Article 6 and Article 9 of the UK GDPR, we process personal information under the following lawful bases:

• Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Name, UK telephone number, email address, selected services, specialist preference, and reservation deposits to fulfill your appointment booking.
• Special Category Health Data (Art. 9(2)(h)): Mandatory laser patch-test responses, skin Fitzpatrick classifications, allergies, and contraindications (e.g. photosensitising medications, pregnancy) collected strictly to ensure client physical safety and prevent tissue damage.

• Restriction & Objection: Object to or restrict specific processing activities.
• Data Portability: Request transmission of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

7. Supervisory Authority Contact

If you are unsatisfied with how your data is handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority:

1. Reservation Deposit

To secure your private appointment with our certified female specialists, a modest deposit (£10–£40 depending on treatment duration) is taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable at the salon following your service.

2. 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment:

• More than 48 hours notice: Your deposit is 100% refundable or freely transferable to any future appointment date of your choice.
• Under 48 hours notice: Because our therapists dedicate their sterile private suite exclusively to you, late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover therapist preparation and reserved time.

3. Mandatory Patch Testing

All medical-grade diode laser hair removal, chemical peels, and lash/brow tinting services require a 25-minute consultation and patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to your first session. If a contraindication arises during the patch test, your reservation deposit is immediately refunded in full.

4. Sanctuary Etiquette & Punctuality

Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your allocated appointment time. Late arrivals may have treatment times adjusted so that subsequent clients are not delayed.
